I just couldn’t forget that other great Jazz Icon, Toots Thielemans. A great guitar player, but most people know him only as a harmonica player, as The Ultimate Harmonica player. He’s played with just about the entire music encyclopedia (Oscar Peterson, Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Bill Evans, Dizzy Gillespie, Kenny Werner, Pat Metheny, Jaco Pastorius, Mina Mazzini, Elis Regina, Quincy Jones, George Shearing, Natalie Cole, Billy Joel, Paul Simon
And many more) He composed scores for movies and TV series all around the world.
He too celebrated a birthday in Belgium, in Liège. But it was his 90th anniversary.
